Executive Chefs Chris Goulding (Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club), Jake Ward (Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club), Jason Camillo (RACV City Club) will join University House Executive Chef Steve Baar to prepare a special dish for the evening.
Each dish will be matched with wines chosen by the sommelier from the corresponding club. The wine theme this year is 'Pushing Boundaries'. A special night dedicated to good food, fine wine and great company.
$139 per person (all inclusive).
Arrive from 6:30pm for a 7pm start.
