Members and Guests are invited to dine with Winemaker Phillip Jones from Bass Phillip Wines.
Phillip Jones first established the Bass Phillip vineyards in 1979 in the corner of southeast Australia, specialising in high-quality pinot noir and chardonnay wines. Winemaking at Bass Phillip is driven by the respect for nature. The vineyards have been organic since 1993 and biodynamic since 2002.
Phillip will present a range of new releases from the excellent 2017 vintage, including Estate and Premium wines.
