University House is hosting an all-inclusive dinner for members and guests with a beautiful 5-course degustation menu reflective of french classic dishes, matched wines, and entertainment.

    Executive Chefs Chris Goulding (Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club), Jake Ward (Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club), Jason Camillo (RACV City Club) will join University House Executive Chef Steve Baar to prepare a special dish for the evening.

    Each dish will be matched with wines chosen by the sommelier from the corresponding club. The wine theme this year is 'Pushing Boundaries'. A special night dedicated to good food, fine wine and great company.
