Our Head Chef Steven Baar has extracted archival recipes of Redmond Barry’s very own to serve members, guests, the Committee, and our President Deli Chen for a very special dinner at University House, Professors’ Walk.

    Executive Chefs Chris Goulding (Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club), Jake Ward (Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club), Jason Camillo (RACV City Club) will join University House Executive Chef Steve Baar to prepare a special dish for the evening.

    Each dish will be matched with wines chosen by the sommelier from the corresponding club. The wine theme this year is 'Pushing Boundaries'. A special night dedicated to good food, fine wine and great company.
