How to Register for the Membership Portal

Two step process: 1- Register for access, 2- Set a password

To register for access, you will need the following information!

Member Code: Must be 5 numbers, add one or more zeros (0) at the front to expand

First Name: Must be exactly as per your application (may include your middle name or initial)

Last Name: As per your application

Post Code: As per your application (if you have changed your address since joining, please contact Membership).

Username: Choose your own unique name; it must be between 6-50 characters. (You may use the following: a-z and 0-9. You may also use _ - . @ )

2. SETTING A PASSWORD

Once your details have been entered and you click the 'Register' button, you will receive a New User Registration email inviting you to set a password via the web link provided. The New User Registration email has a 24 hour expiry. If this time lapses you will need to then use the Send Password Reset link on the Member Portal page instead.

When I try to register I get the red registration failed error

Your registration details must match those in our member database, based on your initial member application. Please check the tips listed under How to Register for the Member Portal or contact Membership.

Where do I log in to get my digital membership card?

You will need to register for the membership portal and have a current membership subscription.

How do I download my digital card?

When your subscription is active your digital card will be available to download to your Google/Apple Wallet.

Log in to your Membership Portal.
Click Member Card.

Here you can choose to install the card into Google Wallet (on an Android device) or Apple Wallet (on an iOS device).

I’ve registered for the portal, but I can’t download my membership card

Please contact Membership to check that your subscription is current.

I tried to download my digital card but this error message appeared?

The error message:

No Cards Available: We can't seem to find a valid subscription that is available for a digital membership card download. Please check the status of your subscription and contact us if you believe you should have access.

Only members with an active subscription will be able to access their digital cards.

A1. If you have just paid for your membership; please allow 1 working day for the system to process. Then you will be able to download your digital card to your Google/Apple Wallet from the Membership Portal.

A2. Your subscription may no longer be valid. Go to My Membership to check your status. Tick “select to Renew”. Click Renew Subscriptions and follow the prompts. Repeat A1.

How do I add Google Wallet or Apple Wallet to my phone?

Google Wallet

The Digital Membership Card can be installed on Google Wallet from any browser. Upon clicking the Add to Google Wallet button, login to your Google account (or the account with the wallet you want to add the card to). Once logged in, confirm that you wish to add the card, and the card will be synced to the Google Wallet on the mobile device(s) using the same Google account.

Apple Wallet

Adding the Digital Membership Card to Apple Wallet needs to be done from an Apple device. Clicking the Add to Apple Wallet button will download a file (in .pkpass format) that will open on your device and add the card to the wallet.

I haven’t been sent the link to register for the Membership Portal yet?

Your application is pending approval from the Committee, who meet at the end of each month. Once approved, you will be emailed a link and steps to register.

In the meantime, please refer to the instructions on the email we sent to you on the date of your application.
